About the position
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Business Filing Assistant to join our team!
This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for someone who is eager to start an international career gain hands-on experience in a US company and grow within a structured environment.
In this role your day-to-day responsibilities will focus on administrative tasks document checking information review and internal organization. You will work closely with the Business Filing and Virtual Address teams to ensure that company information is accurate complete and properly documented.
This position is designed as a learning path. As you demonstrate consistency reliability and strong performance you will have the opportunity to take on more complex filings and grow within the team or explore other areas of the company.
If you are organized responsible and looking for a multicultural environment with real growth opportunities this is your chance.
Your main responsibilities
- Review documents to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Verify company information
- Assist with simple registrations and basic filings
- Support the team with structured administrative tasks and follow defined processes
- Help maintain organization and efficiency in workflows
Initially your role will be focused on accuracy organization and process execution. Over time you may take on more responsibility as you gain experience.
Minimum knowledge skills and abilities required
- Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting International Relations Business Administration or related fields
- Advanced English (written and spoken)
- Strong attention to detail
- High level of organization and ability to follow structured processes
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership over your tasks
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced international environment
Youll stand out if you
- Have worked in a startup or fast-scaling environment;
- Speak other languages such as Spanish.
