Job Summary
Job Title: Relationship Manager – Mortgage (Open Market)
Location: Aurangabad Maharashtra
CTC: 4 LPA
Role Overview
We are hiring a Mortgage Relationship Manager to drive Home Loan & Loan Against Property (LAP) sourcing from the open market for the Aurangabad region.
Key Responsibilities
Source HL & LAP business through direct market visits references and local connectors.
Build strong relationships with customers influencers and channel partners.
Achieve monthly sourcing and disbursement targets.
Coordinate closely with credit and operations for fast file movement.
Ensure complete and compliant documentation.
Deliver excellent customer service ensuring repeat and referral business.
Keep track of local market trends and competition offerings.
Required Experience & Skills
1–3 years of experience in Mortgage / HL / LAP sourcing (Open Market preferred).
Strong knowledge of the Aurangabad mortgage market.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
Strong communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Graduate degree required.
