Job Summary
Job Description:
1. Revenue & Business Performance

Own and deliver regional sales and profitability targets

Drive like-to-like (LFL) growth and improve store productivity

Monitor performance through daily/weekly reviews and dashboards

Identify gaps and execute store-specific action plans
2. Store Operations & Execution

Ensure strict adherence to SOPs and operational standards

Maintain excellence in visual merchandising hygiene and store upkeep

Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure consistency
-
Drive execution of campaigns promotions and in-store initiatives
3. Team Leadership & Development
-
Lead a team of Area/Cluster Managers and Store Managers
-
Establish a high-performance target-driven culture
-
Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions
-
Ensure strong hiring training and retention practices
4. Inventory & Merchandising Efficiency
-
Oversee stock allocation replenishment and ageing inventory
-
Minimize stock-outs and excess inventory
-
Improve sell-through and inventory turns
-
Collaborate with central teams for demand planning and assortment optimization
5. Customer Experience & Brand Standards
-
Ensure a consistent premium customer experience across all stores
-
Maintain brand guidelines and VM standards
-
Track and improve customer feedback and service quality metrics
6. Expansion & Store Launches
-
Support regional store expansion and site readiness
-
Lead new store openings and ensure smooth ramp-up
-
Drive early-stage performance stabilization of new stores
7. Cross-functional Collaboration

Work closely with Merchandising Marketing Supply Chain and HR

Ensure alignment on inventory flow campaigns and manpower planning
