Psychology South & Wellbeing Services is a busy and established private psychology practice and is now part of the Clarity Health Care Group. We provide private psychological therapy counselling and assessment for Hobart Kingston and the Channel communities. Psychology South & Wellbeing Services has expanded over the years to a team of over 20 clinicians and we now require an additional Administration and Client Support Member to support our wonderful team.
We are seeking an experienced part-time administration member. You will be responsible for front desk duties whilst providing outstanding attention to detail with a caring and friendly nature.
To enjoy this role you must love helping people being busy learning new software and processes being organised methodical and having fantastic time management skills.
This position requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as written and word processing skills (e.g. Excel Word email).

The role would suit someone with previous administration experience (1-2 years) and/or experience in the healthcare industry.
Experience in MS Office applications Halaxy and 3CX is very desirable but not essential.
Must be flexible to cover shifts for sick and annual leave.
