We are looking for an EOS-aligned Amazon Brand Manager to own the health velocity and scaling of our client this seat you are the pilot of the brands success responsible for the 4-Flywheel Accountability system. Your mission is to eliminate friction in the Amazon ecosystem identify leakage in listing performance and ensure every SKU under your care is optimized for maximum conversion. You will not be managing a team; instead you will be managing the brands momentum through precision execution and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- 4-Flywheel Accountability (Inventory Photo Review Ads): You are the primary owner of the brands core growth drivers. You will monitor Inventory levels to ensure 100% in-stock rates and healthy IPI scores; audit Photos and A Content daily for conversion leaks; execute strategies to build social proof through Reviews; and ensure Ads are aligned with the brands ACoS/TACOS targets. You are responsible for keeping these four components in sync to maintain a high-velocity sales loop.
- Market Share & Competitive Intelligence: You will act as the brands lead market detective using tools like Smart Scout to analyze the competitive landscape and identify white-space opportunities. You will regularly benchmark client performance against the market to identify where we are gaining or losing ground. Any significant shifts or opportunities for brand expansion will be brought to our Level 10 meetings to IDS (Identify Discuss Solve) with the strategy team.
- Client Relationship & Communication: You serve as the main point of contact and Brand Guardian for our clients. You are responsible for translating their business goals into Amazon-specific strategies and keeping them updated on the wins and obstacles through proactive communication. By providing clear candid insights and maintaining high-level trust you will turn every client into a long-term Raving Fan of the agency.
- Cross-Departmental Synergy: While you do not lead the creative or PPC teams you are the ultimate filter for their output. You will audit all deliverables (listing copy graphic assets and campaign structures) to ensure they follow the Brand Way SOPs and are 100% tonally and visually accurate for your assigned brands. You provide the direct feedback needed to ensure that our internal experts are moving the flywheel in the right direction.
- Amazon Seller Central & Scorecard Stewardship: You are the master of the back end. You will manage Amazon Seller Central operations with 100% accuracy from case management to flat-file uploads. You will also own the weekly Brand Scorecard validating that all data is accurate and analyzing whether current KPIs are still the best drivers of revenue. Your goal is to identify root causes of any performance dips and solve them permanently before they impact the clients bottom line.
