Hiring Now: MEP Project Manager (Design-Focused) First Critical Hire
About the Role
We are making a strategic first hire to build and scale our MEP (Mechanical Electrical & Plumbing) division.
We are seeking a design-focused MEP Project Manager with a strong background in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering who can lead multidisciplinary coordination manage remote drafting teams and ensure international-standard compliance.
This is a leadership role that will define the technical direction and quality standards of our MEP operations.

MEP projects require tight coordination between mechanical electrical and plumbing systems. A strong design-focused PM:
Prevents drawing errors and costly rework
Leads junior engineers and drafters effectively
Ensures compliance with US / UK / AU standards
Delivers coordinated clash-free models and drawings

Ideal Candidate Profile
Education
Mechanical Engineer (HVAC-heavy projects preferred)
Electrical Engineer (power & industrial focus preferred)
Civil Engineer with strong MEP coordination experience (less common but acceptable)
Experience
7 years in MEP design & coordination
Experience with US UK or Australian standards
Managed remote drafting or engineering teams
Experience in MEP design-build projects
Strong understanding of RFI management
International code compliance experience
Technical Skills
AutoCAD
Revit MEP (BIM coordination)
Clash detection using Navisworks
2D & 3D drawing review
Construction site coordination knowledge
Bonus Qualifications
PMP Certification
Experience working remotely with US-based engineering firms
Experience in Industrial MEP Automation integration
