We are looking for an EOS-aligned Sales Manager to drive revenue by optimizing conversion rates across the sales funnel. You will provide direct leadership through LMA (Lead Manage Accountability) for our Sales Team ensuring they GWC their roles and hit their targets. Your mission is to identify "leakage" in our sales process refine outreach scripts and coach the team to move every lead through the pipeline with precision and high conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Process Stewardship: Own and update the "Sales Way" SOPs; ensure the team follows the documented process for lead hand offs and CRM entry with 100% accuracy.
- IDS & Bottleneck Resolution: Identify conversion "leakage" in Level 10 meetings; Discuss root causes (e.g. poor lead quality or weak scripts) and Solve them permanently.
- Scorecard & KPI Ownership: Manage the weekly Sales Scorecard; validate that metrics are accurate and analyze whether current KPIs are still the best drivers of revenue.
- Live Coaching & Outreach QA: Audit call recordings and outreach threads daily; conduct "Call Clinics" to sharpen objection handling and improve the meeting-set rate.
- LMA (Lead Manage Accountability): Ensure the Cold Caller and Sales Admin GWC their roles; conduct "5-5-5" meetings to keep them aligned with company culture and goals.
