Responsibilities:
- Oversee a team of 5 accounting staff.
- Centralize accounting and financial policies and procedures.
- Lead a large scale ERP implementation from an accounting/finance perspective.
- Work cross functionally to support strategic initiatives across the organization.
- Ensure compliance with tax and audit.
- Support and consolidate the financials of multiple entities.
- Lead M&A due diligence.
- Work hands-on with accounting staff on daily work.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors in Accounting/Finance.
- CPA is nice to have.
- 12 years of accounting experience.
- Strong staff management experience.
- ERP implementation experience.
- Strong communication skills.
