Director of Finance & Accounting Build Scale and Grow Into the CFO Role

This is not a maintenance role it is a true build-and-scale opportunity for a finance leader who wants to create impact and grow alongside the business. The company is seeking a hands-on resilient leader to elevate the finance and accounting function from a solid foundation to a strategic driver of performance. This role demands intellectual horsepower sound judgment and the ability to perform under pressure. You will oversee all aspects of finance and accounting including close reporting budgeting forecasting costing and financial analysis. You will partner closely with operations and leadership to improve margins drive efficiencies support new and evolving revenue streams and build scalable financial processes. This is not a 40-hour-a-week role it is a demanding high-accountability position built for someone who is motivated by challenge and accelerated growth.

This position is intentionally designed for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who aspires to step into a CFO role within the next 5 years.
