Job Summary
Electronic Application Engineer vacancy in Paarl Cape Town. MEng or BEng in Electronic Engineering with 4-10 years experience is required. The purpose of this role includes Product development design testing and production; managing project scope before during and after delivery; and supporting existing products and clients.

Minimum requirements:
- MEng or BEng in Electronic Engineering
- 4-10 years experience
- Any related hands-on experience in electronic design.
- Proto-typing hardware verification testing debugging and troubleshooting electronic circuits.
- Working knowledge of Altium Designer or similar CAD package.
- Proficient with MCU firmware development in C and C as well as GitLab for version control.
- Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively interface with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Implementing the electronic hardware design and development of modules.
- Capture requirements.
- Develop/Synthesize and propose solutions.
- Source components and develop prototypes.
- Industrialize/Commercialize designs for high volume production.
- Ensure designs are qualified and validated.
- Drafting test specifications.
- Documenting test results.
- Product life cycle support.
- Provide support to clients and manage the product supply chain.
