Role Overview:
Lead 1015 members team in modernizing and expanding a .NET Microservices ecosystem for a top-tier Telco provider. This is a long-term managed service focused on updating existing services and integrating new core systems like in e-commerce and billing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead distributed Agile teams across ensuring high-velocity delivery of complex microservices and 3rd party integrations
- Act as the primary bridge between the clients technical leadership and our engineering hubs
- Establish Metrics-Driven Management to build transparent and predictable cooperation with stakeholders
- Ensure alignment between business goals and understanding and technical implementation
Requirements:
- 5 years in Delivery Management or Senior Scrum roles
- Solid grasp Microservices architecture API Management and Cloud-native (AWS) environments
- Expert level at using Jira/Azure DevOps data to optimize team performance and justify spend
- Fluent English
- Strong negotiation expectation management and conflict resolution skills
- Would be a plus: Telco experience
- Would be a plus: Agile Certifications (PMI-ACP SAFe)
