As a senior executive and member of the ESC executive team the Chief Financial and Operating Officer (CFOO) will play a pivotal role in establishing and operating the ESC including finance and business operations and corporate services. The CFOO will be responsible for providing strategic financial leadership setting up financial and related systems and ensuring compliance with NSW government financial policies and required reporting. The CFOO is a trusted advisor to ESCs Chief Executive and leadership team upholding ethical and professional standards and values. This role leads a small team delivering high quality advice and services to ensure ESC achieves optimal operational and commercial outcomes to contribute to the NSW Governments energy transition
About You
To be successful in this position you will be an experienced senior executive with a strong track record in CFOO positions. You will be a strong people leader with exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills. You will also be a strategic thinker and a key influencer to help the ESC delivering on their critical short-term and long-term objectives.
