Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR strategies to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.

- Manage end-to-end HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluation, and offboarding.

- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal policies.

- Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration.

Requirements & Skills:
