About the Role
Were looking for a strategic handson Content Marketing Manager to lead our fullfunnel content strategy and drive inbound growth. Youll own content across SEO/AEO editorial product education and lifecycle communicationsespecially within complianceheavy industries like HR tech payroll or fintech. If you excel at simplifying complex topics and delivering measurable impact this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and execute the fullfunnel content strategy across acquisition engagement and retention
- Lead SEO and AIsearch optimization (keywords onpage structured content schema)
- Manage the editorial roadmap and blog strategy with strong alignment to ICPs and priority verticals
- Simplify complex HR payroll and compliance topics into clear highimpact content
- Partner with Demand Gen and Sales to create campaign enablement and objectionhandling assets
- Develop lifecycle content (email inapp education) to support onboarding adoption and retention
- Track performance (traffic rankings engagement pipeline) and continuouslyoptimize
- Stay current on compliance trends and AIsearch best practices to keep content competitive
- Use HubSpot Salesforce SEO tools and messaging platforms to execute and measure programs
What we are looking for:
- 5 years in content marketing SEO or editorial roles within B2B SaaS (HR tech payroll fintech preferred).
- Proven ability to drive inbound growth and contentassisted pipeline.
- Strong writing editorial and project management skills.
