About the role
Were looking for a Senior Product Manager to own our Operations & Enablement domain.
This squad builds and maintains the internal systems that power Canibuild behind the scenes. When our internal tooling works well the whole company moves faster.
You will own internal platforms that support account setup onboarding permissions billing configuration automation and system integrations.
This is a high-ownership role with clear accountability for outcomes.
What you will own
- Internal tools for account setup onboarding permissions and billing
- Configuration and template management systems
- Internal workflow automation
- Integration and sync across internal systems
- Admin tools that improve operational efficiency
- Customer-facing account and billing workflows including:
- Website self-subscription flows
- In-app plan upgrades and downgrades
- Account settings related to subscription and billing
Key outcomes
- Higher adoption and usability of internal tools
- Reduced manual operational work
- Faster and more accurate account and configuration setup
- Reliable and scalable billing and subscription workflows
- Clear domain metrics and structured reporting
Strong advantage if you have hands-on experience with:
- Billing/Subscription systems (Stripe and/or ChargeBee)
- CRM systems
- Accounting systems
- Subscription lifecycle management in a SaaS business
- Especially valuable if you have led integrations across billing CRM and accounting systems and understand the operational complexity behind them.
What were looking for
- 5 years experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS product company
- Experience building internal tools admin systems or operational platforms at scale
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to operate in ambiguity
- Clear written communication and structured reporting
- Experience working closely with engineers on technical trade-offs
- Outcome-focused and comfortable prioritising under constraints
- Comfortable running discovery with internal stakeholders (Ops Support Finance Sales)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift
- Dynamic proactive and able to move from problem to execution quickly
