As a Commercial Lead Specialty you will support optimization and management of systems supporting commercial effectiveness. This will generate insight for the business through reporting from key business systems in to increase commercial effectiveness.

Proactively identify opportunities to drive performance through sales analytics by reviewing sales data relevant to national and sub-national data. Lead the sales team to communicate derive customer competitor and performance insights make recommendations that influence decision-making and drive action to achieve business results.
Ownership of the specific specialty brand P&L with implementation of key strategic business decisions for the next 5 years.
Proactively identify new opportunities that could drive business impact. Gains buy-in and commitment to execute within Area designs test creates implementation and measurement plan with clear goals and guidance on decision to scale.
Clearly understand the therapeuticecosystemthrough medical publications attending events and/or through market/customer feedback
Reporting to line manager on the performance of the sales team with Plan of Action (POA).
Accountable for self-development and for team members throughdevelopment planning.
Coaching team members for performance primarily on competency and capability building for each medical representative.
Reviewing sales data to identify opportunities for improvement in sales force performance.
Establishing goals for individual sales representatives to increase product awareness and promote brand loyalty among existing customers.
Making regular calls to existing HCPs to ensure quality service from the team are met and align with GSK Values
Profile each team member in talent box and provide the right support for medical representatives development.
Provide robust and accurate sales forecasting.
Support Segmentation & Targeting processes for key areas through effective managerial coaching with MRs.
Ensure brand campaign conceptualization planning & execution as per marketing capability as well as launch lead for new product launch.
Conceptualize plan & execute OMNI-channel implementation with the support of OMNIpod.
Ensure sales are driven and delivered through KPIs and aligned to GSKs Way of Working and Culture.
Ensure compliance is adhered to GSKs Way of Working.
Able to work cross functional with other departments and stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
Bachelors degree
5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience preferably with brand management & sales leadership experience.
Project management experience or launch excellence experience.
Preferred Qualifications:

Strong communication skills and a proven ability to work collaboratively.
