Job Summary

Rehabilitation andrecoveryservicesaredesigned for individuals living in the community who live with serious mental team helps individuals obtain housing employment mental health services and more.

What to expect.

You willoverseetheday-to-day clinical and administrative operations of our rehabilitation and recoveryprogramsandplay a key role in shaping services that align with our mission and improve the lives of those we serve.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Overseeingprogram operations to ensureeffective service delivery.
  • Developing and implementing new services andquality improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborating withcommunity organizationsand ensuringfacilities meet health and safety standards.
  • Recruiting training and supervising program staff whilefostering leadership growth.
  • Creatingworkforce planstomaintainadequate staffing levels.
  • Evaluating staff performance and providingongoing mentorship.
  • Developing and managingprogram budgets.
  • Monitoring revenue and expenses toensuringfinancial goalsare met.
  • Ensuring programscomply withregulatory and accreditation standards.
  • Maintainingaccuratedocumentationand reporting systems.
  • Participating inplanning initiativesto achieve program goals.
  • Supportingservice line growththrough program development and community outreach.

                            The pay range for this position is $79310 minimum to $97850 maximum. Pay for this position is determined on a number of factors including but not limited to years and level of related experience.

                            What we need from you.

                            • One of the following combinations of education and experience2 of which must include a supervisory role:
                              • A bachelors degree and 5 years of experience.
                              • An associates degree and 7 years of experience.
                              • A high school diploma and8 years of experience.
                            • Must possess one of the following within 6 months of hire:
                              • CertifiedPsychiatric Rehabilitation Professional (CPRP)
                              • Licensed ClinicalSocial Worker Certified(LCSW-C)
                              • Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW)
                              • Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC)
                              • Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
                            • A drivers license with 3-points or lessaccessto a 4-passengervehicleduring work hours and vehicle insurance that names the employee as a driver.
                            • Requires on-call flexibility.
