Position Summary
We are seeking a Guest Services Coordinator to support clients throughout their travel experience by ensuring clear communication organized planning and a smooth coordination process. This role focuses on delivering consistent service and assisting with travel-related needs from initial inquiry through completion of travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a support contact for client questions and travel-related requests
- Coordinate reservations including accommodations transportation and itinerary components
- Ensure all travel details are confirmed accurate and properly documented
- Communicate updates and important information to clients in a timely manner
- Collaborate with travel partners to support booking and scheduling needs
- Monitor upcoming travel arrangements and assist with adjustments as needed
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Comfortable using online tools and reservation systems
- Dependable and self-directed in a remote work setting
- Background in customer service hospitality or administrative coordination is helpful
