Job Summary:
As a Technical Services Specialist you will be responsible for providing technical support and services to our clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide them with solutions that meet their requirements. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone email and in-person
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware software and network systems
- Install configure and maintain computer systems and software
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement technical solutions for clients
- Train clients on the use of new technologies and systems
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and technical issues
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
- 2 years of experience in a technical support role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware software and network systems
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
