Lead teams to advise clients on Information Technology solutions for financial accounting audit and advisory services to bridge the gap between business and IT. Focus on providing one stop solutions for end-to-end project implementation enabled by SAP Treasury products. Lead the team to advise on the strategy design configuration and implementation of SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) packages for business solutions. Analyze client requirements procedures and problems to develop the right solution for business while leveraging the capabilities of SAP products. Address the strategic accounting and financial reporting challenges facing their businesses and finance functions. Supervise teams to understand the clients issues and evaluate options to effect sustainable change by coordinating technical and advisory resources. Support business requirements and gap analysis; blueprint (mapping) and integration workshops leading to design documents; process flows and detailed process design documentation; functional specifications; master data definitions; inbound / outbound interface design; data migration strategy and integration with external systems. Supervise the management of Go-Live and Cutover activities and support end-user training and support. Ensure products and deliverables meet contract and work plan specifications and deadlines.
Lead and direct teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds by providing constructive on-the-job feedback/coaching to team members. Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Manage risk in the delivery of quality client services. Generate and manage new business opportunities.
Full time employment Monday Friday 40 hours per week 8:30 am 5:30 pm.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Financial Engineering Economics Information Technology Information Systems Engineering or related and 8 years of work experience in the financial services industry (of which 5 years must be progressive post-baccalaureate work experience). Alternatively will accept a Masters degree in Accounting Finance Financial Engineering Economics Information Technology Information Systems Engineering or related and 7 years of work experience in the financial services industry.
Must have 4 years of experience in the full lifecycle implementation of SAP within the corporate treasury function.
Must have 4 years of experience in providing financial advisory/consulting services or working in a large global treasury department.
Must have 4 years of experience with SAP implementation for financial risk management.
Must have 4 years of experience with cash flow forecasting and cash and liquidity management.
Must have 4 years of experience with bank relationship management international treasury centers; debt and investment management; governance and controls and regulation.
Must have 4 years of experience with M&A support or hedge accounting.
Must have 4 years of experience with SAP and SAP HANA.
Requires travel up to 50% of which 10% may be international to serve client needs.
