The CSD Team is our business development team for named accounts and is made up of sales professionals developing pipeline and supporting the field sales organization to identify opportunities for our customers to unlock value within their HR and Finance organizations.

営業(アカウントエグゼクティブ)と協力して販売戦略を策定実行し顧客の課題とビジネス目標を理解し当社の価値提案を明確に伝えます
ストーリーを構築する
当社のHCMスイートの真の力を示す魅力的でビジョナリーな製品デモンストレーションを準備提供しCレベルのエグゼクティブや主要なステークホルダーに響くようメッセージを調整します
エキスパートになる
当社のHCM製品ロードマップ競合情勢業界トレンドに関する深い知識を維持しWorkdayを市場のリーダーとして位置づけます
信頼を築く
HCMの専門家として行動し技術的機能的なディスカバリーセッションを通じて顧客を導き彼らの特定のニーズを理解し当社ソリューションに対する信頼できる根拠を構築します
革新と協働製品開発チームへのフィードバックセッション営業支援資料の作成経験が浅いメンバーの指導など社内の取り組みに参加します
About You
必須MUST
エンタープライズレベルのHCMソフトウェアに特化したプリセールスソリューションコンサルティングまたは類似の役割で5年以上の経験がある方
技術系および非技術系のステークホルダーを含む多様な聴衆に対して説得力があり記憶に残る製品デモンストレーションを提供する実証されて来られた方
採用オンボーディングタレントマネジメント報酬給与計算を含む中核的なHCMビジネスプロセスに関する深い機能的知識を有している
顧客および社内チームと効果的にコミュニケーションを取るためにビジネスレベルで日本語と英語を活用されて来られたこと
