Software Engineer (AI Platform / Scalable Systems)

Your Role and Responsibilities
Develop systems that transform the capabilities of a large-scale language model into real user value
Design build and operate highly scalable and high-performance software systems
Improve development processes and engineering productivity across the team
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design reliable and scalable product architectures
Continuously improve system performance reliability and user experience
Contribute to product design system architecture and technical decision-making
Experience and Qualifications
5 years of experience in software development and product operations
Experience building high-performance and highly scalable systems
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to improve system architecture and development practices
Experience working in production environments and maintaining reliable services
Additional Preferred Qualifications
Experience with RESTful or gRPC APIs
Programming in Go Rust Java Scala Kotlin C or TypeScript
Database design and optimization (RDB/NoSQL)
Knowledge of distributed systems caching and security (OAuth2/OIDC)
Technical leadership or open-source contributions
