A nationally recognized James Beard Awardwinning restaurant group is seeking an Executive Chef to lead one of its flagship seafood-driven concepts.
This is an opportunity for a chef who respects product understands technique and leads from the front. The ideal candidate brings deep experience working with a wide variety of seafood and demonstrates mastery across multiple cooking styles from precise classical execution to contemporary innovation.
This is not a clipboard chef role. We are looking for a hands-on culinary leader who can inspire a brigade drive consistency and elevate standards while maintaining strong financial discipline.
What Were Looking For
Proven Executive Chef or CDC experience in a high-level chef-driven environment
Strong background working with diverse seafood programs (whole fish fabrication shellfish raw bar seasonal sourcing)
Mastery of varied cooking techniques wood-fire classical French modern American regional coastal influences etc.
Ability to balance creativity with operational excellence
Experience managing food cost labor and kitchen systems at scale
Passion for mentorship and team development
