Enterprise Account Executive


Location: San Francisco CA (In-Person)

Type: Full-Time On-Site

Compensation: $150K - $200K Base Salary 50/50 Commission Split Competitive Equity


TechStaffers is currently recruiting for a top-tier sales professional who thrives in high-intensity environments for one of our clients. You will work directly with the sales process close high-value enterprise deals and directly shape the trajectory of a generational company.


What You Bring (Non-Negotiables)

  • Top-Performer Track Record: You have directly carried a quota and consistently ranked at or near the top among your peers in Enterprise (or exceptional Mid-Market) B2B environments.

  • Startup DNA: Early-stage startup experience is essential. You must be comfortable navigating ambiguity and chaos while maintaining high performance. Experience reporting directly to founders is a major plus.

  • Enterprise Expertise: Proven ability to own and drive the full sales cycle for complex deals ideally within SaaS or related tech sectors.

  • In-Person Commitment: You are willing and able to work on-site 5 days per week. You thrive on the energy collaboration and speed of an in-office environment.

  • Unmatched Drive: You possess a hunger to win and the grit to do what it takes. You are open to long days eager to learn and motivated to prove yourself in a demanding high-ownership culture.

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years full-cycle enterprise sales experience

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling into Insurance FinTech or other regulated industries.

  • Familiarity with founder-led sales environments (YC a16z or similar).

Key Responsibilities

  • Full Cycle Ownership: Lead the entire enterprise sales cycle from opportunity to close serving as the primary point of contact for clients through discovery demos negotiations and account management.

  • Pipeline Generation: Build and manage a robust pipeline of enterprise prospects proactively driving deals forward.

  • Strategic Partnership: Partner directly with founders and cross-functional teams (Product Marketing SDRs) to refine the go-to-market strategy.

  • Consultative Selling: Deeply understand client pain points to develop tailored solutions using our AI platform.

  • Forecasting: Provide clear accurate forecasts and contribute to the ongoing improvement of the sales pitch and strategy.
