The Role
Teaching Art across KS3 and KS4 with KS5 depending on experience
Supporting the Head of Art in leading and developing the department
Assisting with curriculum planning assessment and moderation
Driving high standards in coursework sketchbook development and final outcomes
Supporting exhibitions displays and enrichment opportunities
Contributing to whole-school academic initiatives and improvement planning
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
A degree in Art Fine Art or a related subject
Proven experience teaching Art at secondary level
A strong track record of excellent classroom practice and pupil progress
Experience supporting departmental initiatives or readiness to step into leadership
High expectations for pupil engagement creativity and achievement
