Due to continued growth the school is seeking an experienced and strategic School Business Manager.
The School Business Manager will lead operational functions including finance HR premises and compliance.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing annual budgets and financial forecasting
Preparing reports for Governors and Trustees
Overseeing HR processes and safer recruitment
Managing premises and health & safety compliance
Leading procurement and contract management
Supervising administrative and finance staff
Supporting risk management and policy compliance
Contributing to whole-school strategic planning
Ensuring regulatory compliance
Overseeing operational efficiency
This is a senior leadership position requiring strategic thinking and strong organisational capability.
The SBM works directly with the Headteacher and Governing Board. Clear reporting systems are in place.
