About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our Blue Collar Division in Bucharest. This is a key role within our company focused on securing job opportunities for our available blue-collar staff and promoting our accommodation services to clients.
Tasks
- Identify and secure new job opportunities for blue-collar staff (construction manufacturing logistics etc.)
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Promote and sell accommodation services tailored to workforce needs
- Negotiate commercial terms and close agreements
- Monitor market demand and proactively approach potential clients
- Collaborate closely with the recruitment and operations teams
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communication
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar sales role (staffing/recruitment experience is a strong advantage)
- Experience working with blue-collar profiles is mandatory
- Strong communication negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Good level of English (spoken and written)
- Full-time availability
- Target-driven proactive and well-organized
