Job Summary

We have an urgent new opportunity for an Engagement Manager role (referred to internally as a Dev Manager).

The ideal profile should be a strong blend of a Development PM with hands-on expertise in ServiceNow (NOW platform) along with GenAI exposure.

  • Minimum of 5 years of engagement management experience
  • Project Management certification in PMI or similar desired Agile Scrum experience and Scrum Master certification preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to include technical and business concepts
  • Drive the implementation project execution throughout the project lifecycle including planning scheduling monitoring risk management
  • Provide project governance to manage requirements in line with agreed to scope time schedule and business objectives
  • Drive and foster collaboration and efficient decision-making between all stakeholders including partners and customers
  • Provide regular (daily weekly monthly) updates to customers as well as ServiceNow stakeholders
  • Identification and execution of risk assessment prevention and mitigation plans and efficient identification tracking and resolution of issues
  • Ensure complete knowledge transfer record updates lessons learned and all transition activities are taking place at the end of each engagement
  • Drive post engagement value realization measured outcomes and adoption
  • 2 year experience with successful Gen AI implementations using ServiceNows Now Create Implementation Methodology
