Position Overview :

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to support the development of a platform that presents school system data in a clear accessible and actionable manner. This role focuses on transforming complex data into meaningful insights and practical recommendations that help schools identify growth opportunities set strategic goals and improve student outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

Analyse school system data and translate insights into clear actionable recommendations to support priority setting and performance improvement.
Design build and maintain low-code platforms (e.g. Power Platform Qualtrics) to display school system data and collect progress and impact inputs.
Develop dashboards and reporting tools that consolidate data into a single user-friendly interface.
Build automated systems (forms surveys applications) to collect and organize data efficiently enabling school and agency staff to interpret results without technical expertise.
Analyse statutory data across multiple federal and state plans to identify overlaps redundancies and opportunities to streamline reporting requirements.
Develop scoring tools and tracking mechanisms (e.g. Excel scorecards) to review applications measure progress and monitor performance over time.

Required Qualifications:

Strong experience in Data Analytics and Data Storytelling
Hands-on experience with low-code platforms
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Qualtrics
Experience with Smartsheet
Background working with state agencies education sector or related public sector environments
