POSITION SUMMARY:The Assistant Manager assists in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care through coordination of daily operations including clinical workflows clinical staff training and satisfaction of quality measures; maintains departmental supply needs and OSHA compliance. The Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the Manager in the business and clinical operations of the department. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:Graduation certificate from an accredited school of nursing (Registered Nurse) requiredCurrent MS state licensure requiredBLS/CPR requiredWorking knowledge of clinical workflows in an outpatient setting to provide superior patient care and assistance to physicians/providers preferredQUALIFICATIONS:Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretionAbility to maintain composure when confronted with fast-paced and stressful situations/timelinesAbility and desire to learn new technologiesMust be timely and dependableMust be able to multi-task work independently and be very detail orientedMust have excellent written and oral communication skillsMust be able to complete documentation accuratelyMust be able to follow existing workflowsPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Ability to sit stand walk bend stoop twist for extended periods up to 8 hours per dayConstant keyboarding by means of a traditional lifting carrying pushing pulling or reaching both overhead and at or below shoulder levelConstant communication (including speaking and hearing) both face to face and over the phoneWORK SCHEDULE:Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM
