As a Locum CRNA you will play a vital role in providing anesthesia care for various surgical procedures ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the process. Your expertise will contribute to our commitment to delivering high-quality medical services and enhancing patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Administer anesthesia and monitor patient vital signs during surgical procedures
- Collaborate with surgeons and medical staff to develop anesthesia care plans
- Provide pre-operative assessments and post-operative care
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and best practices in anesthesia
- Evaluate patient responses and adjust anesthesia accordingly
- Educate patients and families about anesthesia procedures and recovery
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Stay updated on advancements in anesthesiology and related technologies
Requirements
- Associate degree in Nursing or equivalent
- Current CRNA certification and licensure
- Strong clinical skills and experience in anesthesiology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Commitment to patient safety and quality care
- Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules and patient needs
- Prior experience in a medical practice setting is a plus
- Level I Trauma
Flexible Schedule: 8 10 or 12-hour shifts
No call required
Facility: 500 beds
Cases: OB endo neuro EP lab; no cardiac
Medical Direction: 3:1
EMR: Epic
