Job Summary
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education
Bachelors degree in Construction Management Real Estate Development Civil Engineering Architecture or a related discipline.
Licensure
Professional licensure is preferred but not mandatory.
Experience
3-10 years of project management experience within real estate development and/or construction environments.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in project management software and scheduling tools (e.g. MS Project) along with budgeting and financial tracking applications.
Industry Knowledge
Strong understanding of construction methodologies zoning regulations permitting processes and building codes.
Core Competencies
Excellent communication negotiation problem-solving leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
