Job Description:
As a Senior Backend Engineer you will build and scale the core services powering an AI platform that streamlines clinical workflows. You will design production-grade LLM integrations architect robust data systems and ship high-impact features weekly. This role offers the chance to solve complex engineering challenges while directly improving the lives of medical professionals.

What you will do:

Architect and deploy complex backend services and APIs using FastAPI MongoDB and Postgres.
Build and maintain scalable infrastructure that interfaces directly with LLMs to power essential daily workflows.
Lead the transition of rapid prototypes into hardened secure and reliable production systems on AWS and Docker.

The ideal candidate:

Has 7 years of professional backend engineering experience with a track record of shipping in startup environments.
Possesses deep expertise in designing distributed systems and handling high-volume data-heavy backend architectures.
Demonstrates a product-focused mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and maintain high code quality standards.
