Youll leverage your expertise in AI/ML context engineering and LLM integration to build and deploy production-grade AI agents that transform business processes and decision-making. Responsibilities
- Research design implement and manage advanced AI-driven software programs and agentic workflows
- Build and deploy autonomous agents and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems in production environments
- Collaborate cross-functionally with developers UX designers analysts and business stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions
- Engineer context and integrate LLMs using APIs focusing on governance security and cost efficiency
- Implement RAG architectures with vector databases for enhanced information retrieval
- Extend Model Context Protocols (MCP) to enable secure standardized data access for LLMs
- Establish AI guardrails content filtering and safety controls to ensure responsible AI deployment
- Manage model lifecycle evaluation and compliance with data privacy standards (PII/PHI)
Required Skills and Experience
- 4-7 years in AI/ML engineering or advanced data science
- Proven experience building and deploying autonomous agents in production
- Strong background in context engineering
- Proficient with LangChain LangGraph CrewAI AutoGPT
- Hands-on experience with RAG architectures and vector databases
- Advanced Python skills and proficiency with AI/ML libraries (OpenAI Hugging Face Azure AI)
- Skilled at integrating LLMs via APIs and managing AI governance and evaluation
- Experience implementing and extending Model Context Protocols (MCP)
- Expertise in AI guardrails content filtering and data privacy (PII/PHI)
Preferred Skills
- Multi-agent or autonomous workflow development
- Optimization of LLM cost token usage and performance
- Familiarity with enterprise AI deployment and scalability
