A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR
Reporting to the MultisiteHead Housekeeper we are looking for someone who enjoys variation and has aflexible approach to their working environment. From cleaning a room workingto ensure our back of house areas are sparkling or ensuring our public areasare clean and safe. Youll be called upon to complete a wide variety of tasksand jobs within our hotel and its extremely important that you remain flexibleand versatile around these. Although this isnt a full guest facing role youwill still play a vital part in delivering a fantastic guest experience andits important to remain friendly approachable and the best version of youwhenever you come in to contact with one of our guests.
Tasks willinclude :
Clean andtidy guest rooms and common areas to the highest standards.
Change bed linens replace towels and restockamenities.
Ensure all surfaces are sanitized and free ofdust.
Report any maintenance issues or room damagespromptly.
Collaborate with team members to ensureefficient operations.
Completing the daily department checks androom checks
Training and developing the team.
Assisting the housekeeping manager in runningthe department including scheduling performance reviews and absencemanagement.
