This position is dedicated to the 1:1 care of an 80-year-old VIP combining hospital-standard vigilance with a cruising itinerary through the Mediterranean. You will accompany the client to the regions most prestigious ports including Monaco Ibiza and the Greek Islands ensuring seamless health management in a luxurious mobile environment.
The Team You will be part of a sophisticated interdisciplinary medical team. The department is led by a Lead British Doctor and supported by specialized Physiotherapists and a rotation of Western-trained nurses. This structure ensures you have constant professional leadership and a collaborative environment avoiding the isolation of traditional private nursing.
The Safety Patient safety is underpinned by staff well-being. To maintain peak clinical performance we utilize a strict double-nurse shift system. This protocol ensures managed working hours and guaranteed rest periods allowing you to remain sharp and effective while preventing the fatigue common in high-stakes private care.
The Process Geography is no barrier to this exclusive opportunity. The initial selection phase is conducted entirely via a secure online interview platform allowing you to interview from Munich (or your current location) before any travel arrangements are finalized.

Education: Western BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) is a mandatory requirement.
Experience: 4 years of recent experience in Acute Care (ICU ER or A&E).
Language: Native or C1 English proficiency for precise clinical communication.
Profile: A refined professional demeanor with the ability to maintain absolute discretion in a high-net-worth environment.
