What youll build
As a Solution Advisor Expert(f/m/d) for SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) you combine deep SAP expertise business acumen and end-to-end solution area domain process knowledge to drive customer-specific demos POCs product innovation and market leadership.
The focus is on supporting the field teams with deep SAP line of business and technical knowledge helping deliver best-in-class presales to address customers business challenges. Additionally the role drives deep domain expertise to create critical assets such as roadmaps and provide feedback to product teams to support future developments working to support the SAP AI first Suite first strategy as one team.
SAP BTP is an open modular platform that combines integration application development automation and AI to enable businesses to quickly create and operate innovative intelligent and scalable business applications true to our motto #ThinkPlatform.
- Solution leadership: Engage early in solution / process discovery and requirements gathering and exhibits how SAP can provide the best solution toachieve their business outcomes
- Demonstration innovation & field impact: Deliver impactful demos and create a lasting impression. Also provides best-in-class experience withcustomer specific AI embedded POCs
- Maximize solution value: Support solution clarifications by bringing technicalexpertise to maximize solution value for customers and in turn helps adoptionand consumption
What you bring
- Account Management: Experience in new sales and adoption by providingdeep solution-specific expertise; Deliver solution presentations and events tohelp identify and qualify new opportunities; Establish as the thought leader ofthe account team and fine tune account strategy; Guide the team in creation ofoverall theme & competitive differentiation (value wedges)
- Functional experience: Prior work experience with large multi-national software/IT organizations and with a demonstrated expertise of at least onesolution segment/LoB; Working knowledge of cloud in the B2B environment Hosted Services and SaaS/ PaaS models cloud -based commerce/ business networks
- Soft skills: Focus on creating compelling story-lines and themes for all customer interactions; Ability to quickly understand our customers mostimportant business goals and expectations and ensure they are at the centerof our recommended solutions
- SAP Specific Knowledge: Deep technical knowledge of SAP BTP offerings and customer use cases; Broad understanding of SAP solutions portfolio and the business processes they enable are a plus
- Language proficiency: Fluency in German and English alongside excellentcommunication and presentation abilities as part of your core toolkit
