Responsibilities:
- Manage and update product listings pricing images and content on Shopify and the company website.
- Oversee marketplace operations on IndiaMART and L&T SuFin including catalog updates inquiry handling lead tracking and performance optimization.
- Create and edit product videos (demos reels application videos customer use-cases) using mobile/DSLR and basic editing tools.
- Manage the companys YouTube channel: upload videos write optimized titles descriptions and tags design thumbnails and analyze performance metrics.
- Maintain and grow social media presence across LinkedIn Facebook Instagram and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and execute a monthly content calendar to ensure consistent on-brand posting and engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather product details case studies customer success stories event updates and launch announcements.
- Coordinate with the Digital Marketing Agency on SEO ad campaigns creative development website updates and campaign execution.
- Track and report on key KPIs including website traffic lead generation engagement rates video performance and conversion trends.
- Support the sales team by sharing qualified digital leads and maintaining a basic CRM or lead tracker.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (Marketing Communication or related field preferred).
- 23 years of proven experience in digital marketing social media management and content creation.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify and basic website/content management systems.
- Prior experience managing IndiaMART listings and responding to leads is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut InShot Adobe Premiere Rush or Canva.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft clear compelling content for technical B2B industrial products.
- Understanding of SEO principles and social media best practices (hashtags titles thumbnails posting formats).
- Proficient in Excel for data tracking reporting and lead analysis.
