Designation: Performance Marketing Manager

Location:Mumbai

Job Purpose: In this role the incumbent will be responsible for leading performance marketing strategy for the e-commerce channel across core and new product categories. The role requires both a strong optimization mindset and an ability to scale -up brands from scratch.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Mentoring a team of in-house specialists and agency partners to drive marketing interventions across key platform archetypes
  2. Collaboration with shopper marketing team brand team and media team to align performance strategy with brand and business goals
  3. Ownership and deployment of all visibility budgets -search and display at annual quarterly and monthly level to deliver objectives
  4. Defining key performance indicators such as return on ad spends (RoAS) customer acquisition cost (CAC) conversion rates (CVR) share of voice (SOV) cost per order (CPO) backed by strong measurement formats
  5. Building frameworks for spends allocation experimentation or A/B testing and campaign analysis
  6. Partnering with multiple stakeholders to bring in automation in execution and planning
  7. Unlocking newer avenues to bring in efficiencies pilots to drive incremental growth & experimentation across consumer cohorts
  8. Process champion understanding of industry BIC practices and principles case studies research findings emerging media capabilities at platform end
  9. SPOC for all on-platform media conversations internally and externally


Educational Qualification &Experience:

  • 4-5 years of post-MBA experience
  • Prior on-platform performance marketing experience in an FMCG/DTC brand set-up


Skills:

  • Agility able to execute rapidly and effectively in complex environment strong results orientation
  • Consumer & customer obsessed strong interest in the e-com space instinct always to take the consumer perspective.
  • Data driven strong analytical skills and strategic thinking able to use structured thinking to diagnose issues assess options and develop recommendations.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams with strong task and time management skills.
