Job Summary
Job Opening: Senior Recruiter - IT Technology
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract top-tier candidates.
- Utilize various channels such as job boards social media and professional networks.
- Screen resumes conduct initial phone interviews and assess technical skills.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Communicate effectively with candidates keeping them informed and engaged.
- Address candidate inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Strong understanding of the IT Technology Recruitment landscape especially in the areas of Cloud / Generative AI / Digital / Data.
- Proven ability to source and attract top talent in a competitive market.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter or similar role.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
