Role Summary
The Talent Advisor serves as a trusted coach and development partner for earlyâcareer accounting professionals primarily Associates across all departments of the firm. This role focuses on individualized career coaching leadership development and performance support to help employees successfully navigate their career paths while aligning personal goals with firm objectives. Through consistent engagement strategic advising and collaboration with leadership and HR the Talent Advisor plays a key role in driving engagement retention and longâterm growth within the firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct monthly oneâonâone coaching meetings with assigned Advisees to provide tailored career guidance and developmental support.
- Help employees navigate career progression clarify goals and identify opportunities for skill and leadership development.
- Apply coaching methodologies active listening and feedback techniques to support professional growth and performance improvement.
- Serve as a confidential and trusted resource ensuring ethical handling of sensitive career and performance discussions.
- Collaborate with firm leadership HR and other stakeholders to ensure alignment between individual development plans and organizational needs.
- Support employees through career transitions firm changes and evolving professional aspirations.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning adaptability engagement and high performance across the firm.
