Specific Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of channel marketing strategies that drive growth while overseeing and supporting the channel team.
- Support partner onboarding with tools training and enablement resources.
- Collaborate with demand generation teams on campaigns and MDF management.
- Own key KPIs and analyze performance to optimize partner success.
- Monitor competitive trends and share insights that shape strategy.
- Lead partner communications and ensure strong brand alignment.
- Manage tradeshow and partner event activities.
- Partner crossfunctionally with sales product marketing and operations.
- People leader of channel team
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field; MBA a plus.
- 8-10 years in channel or product marketing with measurable impact.
- Budget or P&L experience (3 years).
- Leadership or coaching experience.
- Strong analytical communication and strategic planning skills.
- High ownership creativity and resultsdriven mindset.
Travel
- Up to 25% depending on role.
