Job Summary

Join Dungarvins Talent Acquisition team and play a key role in connecting great people to meaningful work supporting our childrens programs. As a Part-Time Talent Acquisition Specialist youll manage a high-volume requisition load build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers and deliver an exceptional experience at every step of the process. 

Youll support recruitment for DSP and other support roles specifically within our childrens program. From sourcing to extending offers youll partner with hiring managers and HR to help make smart timely thoughtful hires that fuel our mission. 

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in providing a professional positive candidate experience while managing multiple priorities. 

WHAT YOULL DO: 

  • Proactively source candidates using job boards career sites hiring events referrals and creative outreach. 
  • Screen and evaluate talent checkingreferencesand aligning motivators with business needs. 
  • Build andmaintainan active searchable pipeline inSmartRecruiterswith smart tagging and talent community tools. 
  • Partner closely with hiring managers offering insightsonroadblocks like compensation skills and sourcing tactics. 
  • RepresentDungarvinat career fairs networking and community events to build awareness and attract talent. 
  • Deliver an exceptionalcandidateexperience and act as a true brand ambassador. 
  • Ifyourea relationship-builder who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves matching people to purposewedlove to hear from you! 

Qualifications :

MUST HAVE: 

  • Expertise & Education: 1 year of focused high-volume recruiting experience and a bachelors degree. Or a High School Diploma or GED and 2 years of high-volume recruiting experience. 
  • Recruiting Expertise: Proven experience sourcing interviewing and hiring hourly workforces with a strong understanding of high-volume recruitment processes and strategies. 
  • Job Board & Sourcing Platform Expertise:Proficiencywith job boards and sourcing platforms such as Indeed LinkedIn ZipRecruiter CareerBuilder etc. 
  • Applicant Tracking & Collaboration Tools:Skilled in HRIS Systems WorkdaySmartRecruiters and other ATS platforms; experienced with Microsoft Teams and virtual meeting tools like Zoom and GoToMeeting. 
  • Microsoft 365 Proficiency:Proficient in Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook and SharePoint for efficient communication reporting and documentation. 

NICE-TO-HAVE: 

  • Industry Experience: Priorexperienceworking within Healthcare Social Services Retail Manufacturing hospitality etc. Staffing

  • Collaborative & Relationship-Focused: Builds strong partnerships with hiring managers candidates and team members; shares insights and steps in to support colleagues as needed. 
  • Resilient & Agile: Thrives in fast-paced environments adapts to shifting priorities and handles challenges with persistence and sound judgment. 
  • Collaborative Communicator & Influencer: Builds trust with hiring managers and candidates shares insights and recommendations confidently sets clear expectations and proactively supports colleagues to drive team and recruitment success.
