LEAD ADVISOR

POSITION SUMMARY

Infinity Wealth Group (IWG) is seeking an experienced Lead Advisor with $50M$100M in portable AUM who is ready to grow beyond a solo-advisor model and build something bigger. This is not a lateral move it is a long-term partnership opportunity with a team that integrates wealth management and in-house tax strategy under one roof. The Lead Advisor will focus on advising relationship growth and business development while leveraging a dedicated client service and tax team for execution and support. This role offers uncapped income potential and a structured path to real equity ownership.

OBJECTIVES

  • Transition and grow an existing portable book of $50M$100M AUM
  • Develop and deepen client relationships through comprehensive wealth and tax strategies
  • Collaborate with in-house tax strategists to deliver fully integrated financial solutions
  • Execute structured 90-day client implementation plans
  • Generate new business through referrals centers of influence and community engagement
  • Participate in coaching development and structured training programs
  • Contribute to team growth mentorship and firm-building initiatives
  • Maintain full compliance and ethical standard

  • Builder mentality with a desire to grow beyond a solo-advisor model
  • $50M$100M portable AUM preferred; strong growth trajectory considered
  • Competitive disciplined and self-motivated with a high-performance standard
  • Coachable and receptive to structured feedback and development
  • Team-oriented; values collaboration over operating independently

  • Ability to attract and close $500K$1M client relationships (ideal wheelhouse $1M)
  • Proven ability to generate new business (Lead Advisor target 17 new clients annually)

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • 3 years of experience as a Financial Advisor
  • $50M$100M portable AUM preferred
    • $20M with strong growth trajectory considered
    • Early-stage advisors ($3M with 2 years and production momentum) may be evaluated
  • Clean compliance record (no U4 disclosures or regulatory actions)
  • Series 7 license required
  • Series 66 or equivalent (63 & 65) required
  • Life & Health license required
  • CFP CFA APMA or other advanced designations preferred but not required

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

  • Fully uncapped performance-based compensation (no base salary)
  • Estimated total OTE ranges from approximately $160K$496K annually (before plan bonuses) depending on portable AUM and production
  • Additional upside through plan fee bonuses and referral incentives
  • Relocation available for the right person
  • Eligibility for real equity ownership after Year 1
