Were now looking for a Recovery & Wellbeing Coach who is passionate about helping people thrive who will proactively identify and address potential return to work barriers develop and implement individual recovery and support plans and assist to resolve return-to-work related issues and disputes as required.
- This role will require frequent travel across our sites - predominantly around the Western Suburbs
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Identify returntowork barriers early and build tailored recovery and support plans.
- Manage both workrelated and nonworkrelated injuries illnesses and compensation claims endtoend.
- Manage WorkCover claims in accordance with the legislative requirements and in line with Pact Group policies and procedures
- Coordinate early intervention initiatives including onsite physiotherapy programs.
- Engage regularly with employees managers healthcare providers and other stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.
- Participate in case reviews conferences rehabilitation meetings and strategic recovery discussions.
- Provide clear reporting on injury status trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Support the development and embedding of Group Workers Compensation and Injury Management programs across AU/NZ.
Your skills and experience
To be successful in this role youll have:
- Five years of experience in injury claims or recovery management ideally within a complex operational or manufacturing environment.
- A sound understanding of relevant statebased workers compensation and injury management legislation.
- A strong ability to manage shifting priorities and adapt at pace is essential in our fastmoving environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills youll be working with employees leaders clinicians and external partners daily.
- Confidence in managing cases autonomously while collaborating closely with the broader H&S team.
- High attention to detail excellent organisational skills and confidence using digital systems (experience with SolvInjury is an advantage).
Qualifications :
- Degree in a relevant field (under graduate health and safety allied health)
- Current Drivers licence
