Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food and Beverage Duty Manager to oversee operations of our Restaurant & Bar. Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager the ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences a keen eye for detail and strong leadership skills. This is a key shift leadership role where youll drive service standards support your team on the floor and ensure our guests enjoy a vibrant dining experience.
What youll be doing:
- Leading restaurant and bar operations during shifts
- Supporting and coaching team members
- Delivering exceptional guest service and resolving issues confidently
- Managing RSA compliance food safety and WHS standards
- Assisting with stock control cost management and daily reporting
- Opening and closing the outlet
Qualifications :
About you:
- Minimum 2 years F&B leadership experience
- Current RSA (Approved Manager highly regarded)
- Strong knowledge of food wine beer and cocktails
- Confident managing busy service periods
- Commercially aware with a focus on team culture and guest satisfaction
- Available to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
