We are seeking a dynamic and highly organised Executive Assistant to support our highly successful State Chief Executive. This is a pivotal role where your expertise will directly contribute to the success service delivery and profitability of the Queensland business.
As an Executive Assistant your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Provide high-level administrative and personal support to the State Chief Executive.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel meetings and events.
- Prepare professional documentation including correspondence presentations and reports.
- Manage diaries intercept calls and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with financial processes including billing expense claims and reconciliation.
Qualifications :
What Youll Bring
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar Senior PA or EA role.
- Experience working in the Real Estate or Property industry is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to exercise discretion maintain confidentiality and adapt to changing priorities.
