- Meet monthly acquisition targets to fulfill the supply gap and ensure operational efficiency.
- Explore and develop new channels for acquisition.
- Develop and execute training programs for recruited riders to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Effectively lead a team of riders and provide ongoing support to resolve queries and concerns.
- Optimize and oversee delivery operations to ensure efficiency and timely service.
- Manage rider inventory and ensure adequate resources are available to meet demand.
- Maintain a feedback loop with riders to gather insights and continuously improve operations.
- Foster engagement across the city among riders and partners to enhance collaboration and service quality.
Qualifications :
- At least a Bachelor degree or Masters preferably in Logistics or relevant field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience.
- A person who has a bias for action at a fast pace.
- Process oriented approach to solve underlying problems
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Quick learner and proven ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
- High integrity and work ethic.
- Team player with an ability to function effectively in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
