Job Summary

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in HR Business Administration or a related field.
  • 14 years of HR experience (preferably in a tech/software environment).
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and HR best practices.
  • Basic understanding of technical roles and ability to work with hiring managers on tech requirements.
  • Knowledge of HR policies employee relations and labor law compliance.
  • Familiarity with HR operations documentation and record management.
  • Strong communication interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced onsite work environment.
  • Professional attitude with attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding.
  • Understand job requirements (including technical roles) and coordinate closely with hiring managers.
  • Develop implement and maintain HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure accurate HR documentation.
  • Handle employee relations and resolve workplace issues professionally.
  • Support performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
  • Assist in HR operations including attendance leave management and basic payroll coordination.
  • Contribute to employer branding and talent pipeline development.
  • Promote a positive collaborative and productive workplace culture.
