About the role

Ready to make a real difference Join us as a Works Planner (Works Ready Coordinator) at our Sale depot where youll play a pivotal role in ensuring our projects are set up for safe efficient and ontime delivery.

In this role youll take ownership of preparing and planning every work package ensuring all elements are ready before handover to the Delivery Manager. Youll work closely with internal stakeholders to optimise planning minimise risks and keep our works program moving seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities include

  • Prepare and plan work packages to ensure all activities are ready for execution prior to handover
  • Lead and support the team to achieve organisational goals providing high quality advice and guidance
  • Identify potential risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies
  • Manage customer expectations while balancing operational priorities
  • Ensure accurate and consistent data capture including ad hoc system checks and end of month reconciliations
  • Compile and analyse data to support reporting requirements across works planning and delivery

About You

The ideal candidates profile will highlight strong interpersonal and influencing skills paired with sharp analytical capability and high work standards. You will have a track record of maintaining data integrity management and process governance while communicating clearly with stakeholders at all levels. Highly organised and detailfocused you will balance competing priorities coach others and drive continuous improvement. Your proactive professional approach ensures efficient operations accurate reporting and consistently highquality outcomes.

  • Strong interpersonal communication and influencing capability
  • Advanced analytical skills including capacity planning and data integrity troubleshooting
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and time management
  • Current Victorian Drivers Licence
  • Proficiency in SAP Microsoft Word/Excel and other planning or scheduling systems is highly regarded
